Being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world is hard
I know you just want nourishment to be easy, so you can focus on the other things you care about in life. To do that, you need recovery practices that truly work for you. The problem is, most standard recovery methods don’t fit for neurodivergent or queer folks. If you’re like me, this might make you feel discouraged, frustrated, or burnt out - and questioning whether you’re doing recovery wrong. I’ve been there, and I want to share with you everything I’ve learned about how to nourish while neurodivergent.
