Hello
My name is Lianne McCray
Like you, I'm a daring emotional explorer. I take notes from what I find and share them with people who need company and guidance during times of transition and transformation.

My story
You're in good hands!
I'm trained, and have a decade of experience, in hospital chaplaincy and pastoral care--which is simply the loving and attentive accompaniment of individuals and families through key life experiences.
Now I apply my wealth of skills and experience to helping others have the births, grief processes, and personal growth & healing that they want and deserve!
Doulas are known to improve outcomes for their clients. We provide necessary advocacy, support, and continuous, individualized care.
My Unique Offerings:
Unique Insights & Sensitivities
As a queer, neurodivergent, and fat-positive person, I am extra aware that resources for my clients are not always the most accommodating. I will make your experience as supportive and affirming as possible.
Extensive Experience
I have worked in various contexts (including hospitals and schools) for over a decade, providing intensive emotional and spiritual care to individuals and families. I am highly skilled and trained at providing compassionate accompaniment & client advocacy.
Creativity and Resourcefulness
I'm a former theatre kid and forever artist gifted in somatic experiencing. I use a range of resources and strategies to give my clients multiple avenues to access relief. Let's find what works!
